Delivery & cold chain

Cold from the cleanroom to your fridge.

Refrigerated items travel in an insulated shipper tested to hold 2–8 °C for 48 hours, with gel packs and a temperature indicator inside. Dispatched Monday to Wednesday only, overnight, so nothing sits over a weekend.

Inside the box

Six layers between the cold and the world.

  1. Outer kraft cartonLabelled "Refrigerate on arrival" and "Keep cool, do not leave in sun".
  2. Plant-fibre insulating linerCurbside recyclable. Tested against summer and winter transit profiles for 48 hours at 2–8 °C.
  3. Conditioned gel packsFrozen in summer, chilled in winter so the payload never freezes. Never dry ice.
  4. Foam cradleHolds vials and pens upright and away from direct contact with coolant.
  5. Temperature indicatorAn irreversible 8 °C indicator rides with every order. White means in range; red means scan it and we replace the item.

Warm on arrival?

Almost never a problem. Here is the rule.

Gel packs are meant to thaw; the liner keeps the inside cool long after they do. Check the indicator card first. If it is white, refrigerate and carry on. If it has turned red, photograph the card and the parcel and message us within 24 hours. We replace the item at no charge and log the courier route.
