Cold from the cleanroom to your fridge.
Refrigerated items travel in an insulated shipper tested to hold 2–8 °C for 48 hours, with gel packs and a temperature indicator inside. Dispatched Monday to Wednesday only, overnight, so nothing sits over a weekend.

Middle shelf. In the carton. Date it.
Not in the door, where the temperature swings, and not against the back wall, where things freeze.

Almost never a problem. Here is the rule.
Gel packs are meant to thaw; the liner keeps the inside cool long after they do. Check the indicator card first. If it is white, refrigerate and carry on. If it has turned red, photograph the card and the parcel and message us within 24 hours. We replace the item at no charge and log the courier route.
